Private wine cellar log

Every cork,
remembered.

The count drifts, the bin is a guess, and no one wants to feel like an accountant about their own wine. Everycork keeps the bottles, the bins and the night you opened each one. One quiet ledger on your phone, at one price for any cellar, thirty bottles or three thousand.

Why a log, not a database

For collectors who
open the bottles they keep.

Pricing

One price. Any cellar.

Every plan covers every bottle you own. We never charge by the bottle, and no feature tier is sized by your count. A 30-bottle rack and a 3,000-bottle cellar pay the same.

The hero flow

Out in two taps, one hand.

Swipe a row, tap Consume. Done. Quantity, timestamp and an optional one-line note, with a five-second undo. Opening a bottle should never feel like data entry.

Your data

CSV in, CSV out. Free forever.

Bring your existing spreadsheet export and map its columns in a minute. Export everything, including full consumption history, any time, paying or not.

No customer logos — Everycork has no customers yet, and hasn't shipped. What follows is how the app is built.

Who handles the money

Billing runs through the App Store and Google Play. Everycork never sees your card. Refunds are granted by them under their own published policies — we can ask on your behalf, we cannot approve one.

How cancelling goes

One screen in the app lists what stops, what stays and the date it changes, then hands you to your store account for the last tap. Pro runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing you logged is touched.

What the price is, exactly

US dollars; your store converts and adds tax where it applies. No introductory rate that jumps later, and no bottle-count tier at any price — the renewal is the number you first agreed to.

The ledger is yours

Your cellar stays readable.
Export stays free.

Offline from the first launch

The log lives on your phone. No connection needed to add, find or drink a bottle. Sync is an optional extra, never required.

No account to start

Open the app, log your first bottle. There is no sign-up wall between you and your own cellar.

Nothing you entered gets locked

Bottles, bins and history you recorded stay fully readable forever, trial expired or subscription lapsed. The free tier never shrinks.

Export is always free

Full-field CSV export — consumption history included — is free for everyone, forever. Leaving should cost a tap, not a fee.

Fair questions

Asked by collectors,
answered in plain ink.

Money & plans4

If I stop paying, do I lose my cellar?

No. Everything you ever entered — bottles, bins, notes, history — stays fully readable, and CSV export keeps working. Pro features switch off; your data doesn't.

Do you charge by the bottle?

Never. There is no bottle-count tier at any price.

How do I cancel, and what happens when I do?

Settings has one screen that lists what stops and what stays, then hands you to the App Store or Google Play — they own the cancellation itself. Pro runs to the end of the period you already paid for; after that nothing is charged. Bottles, bins, notes and history stay readable, export stays free, and subscribing again switches Pro back on with nothing to re-import.

What happens on day 31 of the trial?

The trial is 30 days of full Pro with no card. On day 31 you land on the free tier — unlimited bottles, locations, one-handed consume, search, and CSV in and out, all still working. Nothing you logged is touched, and nothing asks you to pay to read it.

Your data3

I have years of records in a spreadsheet. Now what?

Export the CSV, drop it in, map the columns once (there's a one-tap preset for the common cellar-tracker layout), and review the import report row by row. What can't be read is flagged. Nothing is dropped silently.

Can I get everything back out again?

Any time, in one tap, for free — subscribed or not. The export is a full-field CSV: every bottle, every bin, every drink window, plus the consumption history as its own table. Leaving should cost a tap, not a fee.

If I turn sync on, who can read my cellar?

Only your own devices. Sync is optional: you pair devices with an email magic link, and what crosses the relay is already encrypted. The keys never leave your phones. Turn it off, or never turn it on, and the app is unchanged.

The app itself3

Does it work offline?

Completely. The app's database lives on your device and is the source of truth. Optional multi-device sync is end-to-end encrypted; with or without it, everything works with no connection.

What exactly is “label capture”?

Point the camera at a label; the app reads the text on it and pre-fills the entry form. You check every field before anything is saved. It reads the printed words. It does not score or recommend wine.

Will it tell me what my bottles are worth, or what to drink?

No valuations, no market pricing, no pairing lectures, no social feed. Everycork is a ledger: your notes, your windows, your call.

Question that isn't here? It goes to the same address that answers support — a person, usually the same day.
